Again, not specifically TTC, but it looks like BYD has a couple of more customers in Ontario. I'm guessing with government incentives, these are going to be built in Newmarket. That has to be the first work that facility has gotten since the TTC and Quebec orders...

Of course the Ford Government cut this requirement from 25% to only 10%. So in all likelihood, the trains will be made in Hitachi’s new American facility with a few components sourced from Canada.

The TTC showing off their holiday train this year. A number of systems have holiday trains and buses. Chicago being one of the more extravagant. Is this the first year for the TTC? Maybe my memory is bad.

It’s a New Flyer D40LF, all white. Apparently they will all be D40LFs from London, Mississauga, and Hamilton.

The first long term lease bus has arrived at Westney Division. Still probably a while before it goes into service. Though I don’t know what they plan on installing yet or if it gets the full DRT livery.

I really hope the Science Centre stays where it is. We're building two rapid transit lines to it. It's plenty accessible. And the surrounding community deserves to keep a popular attraction in their neighbourhood.
