Yes, I am in the townhomes. Currently I can see the top few rows or so of the west side of the stadium. Based on that, if you're going to be in the west tower (facing west) then I think you'll have a view of practically the whole field, especially the higher up you are.

I haven't even noticed these new signs as I don't pay attention to (no need to) street signs anyways. I just walked back from the store and in Liberty Village where I am I noticed they have the rectangle green ones with white lettering.

I walk past it practically every day and it does seem like it is going really slow. It does seem like this building takes up alot of floorspace/spread etc (can't think of a better word) though.

They are really moving fast now. As of this morning there are a few workers on top of the structure which I can see slightly higher then the black fence near the bigger crane.

It appears they didn't spend that much time designing the logo, jersey and renderings. Also they would include the skyline in their logo when they aren't anywhere near it IMO?!?!
