    They totally did. For the same reason, they keep calling it a 25-storey tower on a podium. It's throwing the proportions off though and making the tower less attractive. And I'm usually a big fan of Context + aA.

    I wish the ads were flush with the actual facade so they didn't look like such an add-on. Hopefully when this building finishes and we all stop anticipating the next billboard, we'll begin to forget about all its flaws. More density in the area would also help distract us.
