I was told it would be late aug early September before we start choosing finishes... And all expected to be done by Dec 14th? Hmmm..

Got a registered letter in the mail today... Stating Dec. 14th is the new date...

Like most people on here, I got a letter sometime last year stating September of this year. But haven't gotten anything since then.

I passed by the site, they're working on the 12th floor, but still no windows on the lower floors... Kinda disappointing considering I see other construction condos with less height and fully protected from the elements on the lower floors... Ud think that they'd throw some windows on and start...

They've actually started doing the exterior stucco on the north west corner of the building.

I'm pretty sure it was the second as well, but first for me since I signed... Drove by the site, base for the crane of p2 is there, workers were working on 5th or 6th floor... They must be pushing since the pay workers time and a half on Saturdays... Also heard we'll be receiving letters within...

Nice pic once again.. Kinda hard to tell from the picture, but are they not building above the parking levels infront of the cement trucks?I'm not sure if those are balconies I see... If that's the case the building is alot smaller than the parking levels which means it'll go up alot quicker.

^nice pic, good view.. As for the guy above, try calling the fuse sales center and see wat they are charging per square foot on units they're currently selling. It'll give you a rough idea.

no moevement on phase 2, however most, if not all of the excavating is already done for phase 2/

Drove by today.. They cut part of the green plywood they have along the edge, to support walls that are going up. They are working but in my opinion not on pace to be ready by sept. They would have to build 1 floor every 2 weeks give or take... I'm no expert though

Can someone just confirm, do phase one and phase two get a shared parking garage? I can't remember, if they do I'd assume at some point phase 2 would have to start getting underway to even think about end of next year

Stopped by today, it was shortly after 5 and they were still working.. The top parking lot is now gone and they started pouring cement as the floor.
