Dropped by the sales centre, Phase II is 90% sold and they are "hoping" to break ground in October. Although the sales rep didnt sound too optimistic.

Sounds like they're over 70% sold on Phase II now, and construction is slated to begin in Feb/March.

I'll get all the documentation tomorrow once the Vendor accepts the agreement. My agent told me that they were 68% sold on Phase II, and they need 70% to start constructing. So I think they are close.

I just took the plunge on a unit in Phase II, 8th floor, 733 sq ft 1B+D+2 bathrooms. Was looking around the internet for discussion on this project and I found my way here. First post on UrbanToronto, hopefully the first of many.
