When does this project show it will be occupied?

    Hamilton Toronto | Hamilton Line B LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Agree, dont know how these lines make 90 degree turns or how one navigates rail between Dundurn and the 403 (guess westbound offramp to Main goes under Main to come up on the right side (versus current left) Guess we will see.

    Hamilton Pier 8 Redevelopment | 147m | 45s | Cityzen | Omar Gandhi

Doesn't this stem out of that very opaque North End Rate Payers settlement process? I must also echo the lack of good planning rationale here.. The outcome on increased population is the same , driving it to one parcel versus spreading it out over eight adjacent lots of so makes little to no...

    Hamilton Pier 8 Redevelopment | 147m | 45s | Cityzen | Omar Gandhi

Hard to believe this happened. Hope it is truly iconic.

    Hamilton Toronto | Hamilton Line B LRT | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I think the loss of the Claremont Access for over half a year without the city going insane may give a good clue on what could be repurposed. Sure that slope does not exceed 6%, probably much less.

    Hamilton Toronto | Augusta Block Buildings 2 & 3 | ?m | 8s | Core Urban Inc. | Lintack Architects

Great developer, so in tune with the neighbourhood and community. Wish we had more of them.

    Hamilton Toronto | UPS Supply Chain Solutions Facility | ?m | 1s | SORA | Baldassarra

that would be a great project, wonder if we will ever see it in the next 30 years?

    Hamilton Toronto | The Design District 41 | ?m | 31s | Emblem Developments | Arcadis

then the Centurion slips in .... I am still of the opinion that this is one of the most unlikely areas of the downtown to develop (maybe beacuse my entire life this has been nothing but surface parking lots). With what is, 9 towers u/c or proposed within a one minute walk , I a thrilled to be...

    Hamilton Pier 8 Redevelopment | 147m | 45s | Cityzen | Omar Gandhi

They could have started pre sales two years ago, what a waste of opportunity , or maybe just delayed gratification

    Hamilton Toronto | Centurion | ?m | 9s | Effort Group | DPAI

There is nothing redeeming about this build - shameful (from the developer to the architect to the low city standard or influence)

    Hamilton Pier 8 Redevelopment | 147m | 45s | Cityzen | Omar Gandhi

Wow, the process timelines for all these elements are agonizingly slow.

    Hamilton Toronto | The Connolly | 106.07m | 30s | Hue Developments | McCallum Sather

Sad what happened here , ... given another nine months of silence (and I assume no onsite activity), the new owners seem like the old ones.

    Hamilton Toronto | 64 Main Street East | 59.83m | 19s | Core Development | Studio JCI

Given its relatively close proximity to the Hunter Street Go Station , seems like a slam dunk (save the environmental remediation that will for sure need to be done on this former Shell gas station site)
  14. KingJames

    Hamilton Toronto | 213 King Street West | 94.3m | 30s | Vrancor Development | ZO1

Guess no chance of a surprise revision to the last render? Given he has 20-22 George next door to his credit, one could have been hopeful
  15. KingJames

    Hamilton Toronto | Jamesville Redevelopment | ?m | 20s | Marz Homes | Kirkor

Just ridiculous, and yet another delay. Guess there is no affordable housing crisis here,
  16. KingJames

    Hamilton Toronto | 77 James Street North | ?m | 30s | Harlo | srm Architects

That would be a very useful development

    Hamilton Toronto | 73 Hughson Street North | ?m | 41s | Core Development | McCallum Sather

And hopefully the 4th tower of the Design District also moves ahead. This area will transform almost over night.
  18. KingJames

    Hamilton Toronto | 77 James Street North | ?m | 30s | Harlo | srm Architects

It must have been running the mall at a loss, otherwise why rush to mothball it.

Love the photos as well, great talent to capture. How recent were these photos. It looks as though IN8 is not too serious about moving this forward, perhaps only if HUPEG can get there act in gear. Together they really put a damper on the positive vibe the downtown is experiencing.

Ha, you didnt have to go that far away...
