The big box stores buildings are two stories. Most appear to have a different tennant on each level. Although it would be possible to have one big tennant take up 2 floors of those buildings (these are the buildings on the West side of the property, and the one on the Corner of St. Clair Avenue...

Yes this will be one of the first Marshalls in Canada. Marshalls of course owns Winners / HomeSense etc... I would have preferred a TJMAXX but I guess that is too close to Winners in Canada. Here is an article from the Financial Post...
