    is CityPlace really that bad?

    Cityplace is great if you're young. If you're older and like peace and quiet and tend to stay home a lot, you probably wouldn't like it. I have a few friends who live there. Most of the feedback has been positive (they're 30 though). I don't think I've seen anyone above the age of 35...

    Boomix, or anybody else who purchased here, have you gotten anything in the mail from the builder? All I've gotten was a couple letters from the lawyers confirming receipt of payment and a couple emails. A friend of mine who bought here has received other mail from the builder.

    Forgive me as I have no clue about this stuff so I might sound dumb. But haven't they already started shoring? What are those big vertical beams around the property line? I figured that was shoring, no?

    I passed by last week, saw them doing work. They got off to a quick start then for whatever reason have been moving at a snail's pace. Not sure if all that water in that giant hole has anything to do with it.

    I believe they're red curtains. All the color you see on the glass are curtains. This project is going to take forever. I have a friend who bought here years ago and they probably have another 3+ years to wait. Jeez

    I don't think so..maybe eventually but that area doesn't appeal to many people. LTower/St. Lawrence Market is a diff story.
