The units there are huge. My only issue with the older buildings are the low, popcorn ceillings. If they were 9ft tall, I'd have no issue buying in an older building.

I know someone that bought there and she hasn't been called for color selection yet...which is kind of odd since all 3 structures are above ground level.

I usually add a couple years to whatever occupancy date builders give. When I purchased 1 1/2 years ago, I figured occupancy would be sometime late 2012...early 2013. The excavation took a really long time though...I don't think they anticipated that. We'll see how fast this baby grows once...

What's the square footage? I feel this is a very high price tag...especially without parking. I don't think this value is sustainable. I'd much rather spend that money at Parc, Theater Park, Thomson, etc.. as they are in better areas and are more upscale.
