Checked out these buildings today, there is actually retail at grade in both phases, there are two large retail units where the building meets with double height ceilings on Fort York and multiple doors for entrances on the street that runs towards the tracks.

There is currently no proposal for this site, the article has been misconstrued to make it appear as such but the document suggests that this is an appropriate site for a tower and makes not that primaris owns the site but it does not anywhere say that primaris has a proposal.

It is really a shame that there is not to be street level restaurants and/or cafes in these developments especially with there location across from the park.

Is there to be any retail and/or public uses at grade?

Olympic buildings will remain (heritage buildings) and will continue to be retail but will be brought right to the property line, the space where fire on the east side is will be torn down and it will be sort of a relief and reveal effect with a glass entrance set back from the two heritage...

I have seen the proposal in full, the town homes are being brought to the property line and 2 Gloucester including the modern stairwell addition are not being touched.

The section of Yonge Street (East Side of Yonge) from Gerrard to Alexander Street is 95% complete, new side-walks with granite details, new tree plantings with black tree grates. Check out the Section in front of Courtyard Marriott.

All of the windows along Dundas St. West are operable and open like garage doors, so Dundas Street will be very animated with a "pseudo" patio experience, will be great for the area.

Could it be a temporary finish ?

on the East side of Yonge Street very sleek/modern black tree grates (matching the finish on the new street lights) will be installed around all the trees. On the West side of Yonge Street in front of College park, and eventually Aura, new street lights are being installed (same as east side)...

There are multiple retail entrances to I beleive 3 or 4 retail units on Yonge Street, there are also entrances on Gerrard Street
