It's great to have a skyline that looks tasty from afar, but it's the street level that is most important for me. Hong Kong looks amazing in photos but then when you're in it it's a nightmare. Same with Calgary imo.

What exactly is the plan here? I believe at one point it was actually going to become a 'plaza' instead of parking. Is that still the plan? would be amazing. Or are they just retrofitting the minimall?
