    I looked briefly at pre-constructions in Toronto over weekend. Condos are selling are 1,200-1,400 per sq. foot, parking spaces from 75 to 100K. Looks like there is a lot of potential in the market.

    They did a lot of progress on the tower where my apartment is presumably located. Maybe the idea is do the building tower by tower. This actually makes sense if you need interest-free cash flowing. I am optimistic about their timeline.

    They cited my prospective address as Lower Sherbourne Street, I guess because the tower is closer to Lower Sherbourne and The Esplanade intersection. Front St sounds much better, of course, but it is not mentioned anywhere in the contract that this is the address. Could be a sign that all four...

    I doubt that T&S residents will enjoy nice lake views for any extended period. There is already a post-like building further south. Over next 20-30 years, that place will be filled. If view is important, I would have moved now.
