I imagine this is going up slightly faster now that they have a smaller core/less to pour each week.

I do like that they went with a darker colour scheme here which is a nice contrast to all the blue/green glass in this area. I was anticipating a much nicer final product though.

First a lake now a parking lot? This site is like a historical retrospective of the neighbourhood.

This is a fantastic addition to the area and the podium is stellar. Really pleased with how this has turned out.

I am very happy with the current height and think it fits perfectly into the skyline. The logos are a bit excessive though.

These will make quite an impression on the night skyline. TD really knows how to steal the show when it comes to night lighting.

I actually wouldn't mind 190 Simcoe or 17 St Patrick Street being redeveloped (with something aesthetically appealing of course). The Canada Life Building itself, yeah that should be off limits to development, period. My as well tear down the financial district towers while they're at it and...

Phase Two is about the equivalent of where Phase One was back in April 2019. Based on the progress of the south tower, this should easily be topped out by next summer.

Crazy how developed that area around Buttonville has gotten since the 70s.
