Any retail plans yet for the ground floor ?

July 7th -- View from Westlake Village condos.

The north side should be important....What retail store or stores will they be placing on ground level ? Now that there is no above parking being done. Lots of space for a big store.

True! Should be open now...according to what was posted in the building.

So it looks like Orange Theory is opening on the street side of Park Lawn road...that's what I heard from one of the sales people. It's a fitness gym.

Nice! I guessing most of this retail will be facing the street (North side of the building) under the Sky Tower ? There was never any renderings of retail incorporated into the marketing pictures. Maybe there will an announcements about some big retail store to come.

Does anyone know if stores are going into the bottom of the podium of Eau Du Soleil ?
