Hard to say. Lighting costs have come down these days with led systems, but natural light is always nicer. In one of the renderings it looked like there was a space for a window area inside of the bowl to the outside. Even frosted plastic would have given nice artificial light in the bowl area.

Also I think climate is a consideration when having large glass walls. I imagine the heating costs would increase significantly during the winter.

If I had to guess, probably 1405 4th, WVT 3 or Elbow River site (after reading @MichaelS post)

Ottawa's concept looks great, it reminds me of the original concept plans for our new event centre, before reality set in.

That's a good sized building. Springbank Hill is going to have some pretty high density when it's built out.

Oh okay, I forgot the empty parcel is now two separate parcels with two new DPs now (one for Cantiro's proposal, and the east portion for this new 12 storey tower) I'm surprised that they aren't going for a bit more height given the location, but I like mid rise towers, so no complaints.
