No, it will go near the intersection of the Diagonal and Dupont, but it is not represented in the new renderings - from what I understood.

Application updated. Now comes with 4 blocks of 3-bedroom townhouses - 75 units total. The unit mix and building heights for the towers seem to have changed slightly. From the application documents:

The application was resubmitted on November 2, 2017. A bunch of new documents have been uploaded. There are now less towers, there are shorter with less units, and all the buildings seem to be located north of the new diagonal road.
