You do realize a lot of these projects will be pushed to following years? so until end of a decade we will see above average rate of completion compared to the 2014-2023 period. If they are smart, they won't even put Forma onto the market until at least 2028 if not later.

Considering the location is East York, I assume it would be related to the Ontario Line / TOC. Perhaps MSF related or far fetched is the contract execution for Elevated Portion that will be running through that area (this isn't expected till January tho). Doubt it is for the Eglinton LRT or else...

After school finishes July 2025. Demand will be lower at this time to allow for eglinton to start while not as much frequency is needed and with good weather. Opening it in Winter will be a huge mistake.
