Blatchford has good bones. The only big change I would suggest is to require developers to build apartments, at minimum. We have enough row houses.

I don't think he is liable for criticism. I do think he is in such an influencial position that his mere words can affect City revenues, and he and other councillors should behave accordingly.

Blatchford has the potential to be so successful! I wonder if any buyer apprehension is due to certain local naysayer politicians spreading misinformation. Corbould is a military man. We don't need more soldiers and police running our government. We need feeling, caring humans.

I suspect Corbould's days as city manager are numbered. He is absolutely incompetent. Sources tell me McPhee may also be about to be shown the door. Both men have actively ignored the City's priorities.
