I always tell people that for 90% of winter, we range between 10 and -10, with the occasional dip into the -20s or 30s. Weather here is generally quite pleasant, not too hot, not too cold.

I think the idea is to avoid traffic chaos between the MacLeods and the LRT. MacLeod in both directions would come to a standstill when an event is on.
