I’ll take the blue I’m seeing in the towers of this project over the aqua green prominent in those other towers.

I’ll help you out: ‘What a disappointing project.’

Great pics Tim. Your drone photos in the GTA and SK are always exceptional. Thank you. Our place is here..

Is that Siesta Key? If so, I have a place two km north.

It will appear slightly further away from that vantage I believe. Almost looks like it is on Corktown Common. With that said, it will be nice having a backdrop of towers when walking down Front Street E and looking east. Thanks for that emphur!!

Quality materials that just doesn’t come together as well as you would hope. 1+1=1.5

Nobu is in the ugly hall of fame no doubt and Peter Adelaide is pretty bad but this doesn’t look that bad. I actually have hope it could be above average (slightly!).

    Toronto Toronto | Nobu Residences Toronto | 156.66m | 45s | Madison Group | Teeple Architects

It just gets uglier and uglier I’m sorry. It is simply vile. All that spandrel glass and mullions plus the poorly executed black cladding makes this development so disappointing near or far.

I love this restoration!!! Plus excited for the discreet addition in the back that will allow this location to thrive for years to come. This is so much better than the previous proposal below.

The green sand is ballast for the turf. It is coated in Microban to eliminate bacteria growth.

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Correction, what is considered the actual height of the building? 328.5m or 346.35m??

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Wow, what a great way to start a Saturday!! The new proposed height of 328.5m I thought might jump the still pending revised height of The One but it would not as it is seeking 338m. Regardless, that new height on the waterfront would be really noticeable.

The artificial grass for the dog park is going into the northeast corner of the park!! You can now also see the stone work that will encircle the heart shaped pond. Photos taken by Tony Vizzini:

I like the window framing. Not as nice as the renders but still unique and better than average.
