Thanks for the update! PCL is definitely not being mindful of the community. The level of communication to affected residents and businesses in the surround area to CIBC square from Hines / Ivanhoe Cambridge is outstanding...I wish PCL would do the same. CF has also not stated their goals for...

This was the initial notice....there was a city notice saying in August the work would switch sides of York st.

I contacted Joe Cressy's Ward 10 office to find out about why the switch over from the ice side of York St hasn't been switch the the MLS side for construction...haven't heard back yet. I want my sidewalk back!! Lol

I got for the food, not the politics. The food was great, staff is very friendly, lots of good seating inside.

Looks like they are starting to enclose the underside of the overhang over Bremner today. Will be nice to see more if the ground level work being done.

Curious to know the status of the ICE-MLS path construction... By this time the work was supposed to switch sides of the street to complete the second half of the tunnel under the MLS side of York. Hasn't happened yet. Not sure what the status of this is.

Its a fairly understated tower for sure. I'm hoping the lobby will impress - the continued canopy carrying over from ice will look nice to tie in this block.

Agreed! the MLS canopy needs to be fixed. I do like the hige amount of trees on that side as well as the restaurant lounge at e11even. Ice needs some more greenery and even planters - I feel it's lifeless on the ICE side. I also hope the illuminated strip lighting under the canopy surround ice...

Southcore has an aesthetic and stays pretty true to the surround look. I'm more excited to see the lobby complete as well as the see the overhand finished. This stretch of York needs more prettying-up. Retail spaces in ICE are still yet to be determined. The large retail space in 16 will be an...

Yes, most likely. Part of the application has placement for a logo at the top of each face. Being a bank, I can imagine they would put their logo there

I can attest to how windy it can be that high up. A flag would be torn to shreds after a month!
