The renders seem to show the Gap portion on Queen being restored and redeveloped with what appears to be a wider sidewalk. Does anyone know if this is a later phase to the project or if it will be done soon?

I'm sometimes impressed at how great the upper portion of the tower appears depending on how light reflects on it during sunrise or sunset.

Aroma Espresso confirmed? Ah, my prayers have been answered! I was just telling some friends how I'd like to have an Aroma closely instead of going down to Eaton Centre. The RBC makes me sick but I'm happy with Aroma :)

Pheww, relieved this roof won't be flat. Depending on the weather and time of day, there are times where the sky's reflection on the upper portion of this tower looks stunning. The curved portion of this tower is certainly it's main saving grace.

Man, I'd love to be the lucky tenant to score this corner! Apple would have to be out of their tree (pardon the pun) to not fight for this spot. Any word on how many tenants can fit in the retail space or can one large one take the whole thing? Simons? I can only dream

I really hope they have something impressive up their sleeve for the rooftop of this building compared to the original renders.

Still don't know what to think of this one. Will have to reserve judgment until a good year or so.

Are the water and lit rink features new since the revitalization? I never really paid attention to this. Nice to see they're using the stage for some locals acts. Passed by last night
