    I hate to say it but you’re right. It’s a lot of money to invest if you’re not sure about the CFL’s future. Either way a small stadium in the $200-$250 million range should be feasible though.

    These are probably more expensive as well, but I agree these are nicer than the usual townhouses that are getting built. The row homes I’m seeing built are all the same. It seems like one architect is doing all of them lol.

    With any luck the next iteration will be residential only and something get built relatively soon. A location that you could easily put some 8 to 12 story buildings on.

    I love the wood, my only concern is the longevity of it. Hopefully it won’t look weathered and need to be replaced in 15 years.

    Without Banff the gap between the two airports wouldn’t as stark as it is today, but Calgary would still be the busier airport. How much busier is the question. Without Banff and without Westjet ever happening my guess is there would be about 25-30% difference due to Cakgary being the business...
