Following up from my pics. I think so far the balcony glass looks 'OK'. Will hold my final judgement until there is more of it to see how it flows over the building.

How did this become the Dubai forum? FWIW I have been there and I like it—but I also like dystopias and it sure is a massive example of one.

I lived there in the late 90s to early 00s. Never a no-go zone, but I agree, huge changes in that area.
