The building's first windows have been installed, on the west corner, which is designated as retail space.

Marketing & sales signage is back up around the site; work on the East Tower's 14th level is underway, as is the 11th level on the West Tower

I suspect there will be lots of careful, difficult work to be done below grade around — and near — the TTC subway tunnels. Must butt right up against them?
