Nothing on that site that I've seen yet. I fact I think it's one of the few parking lot sites in the area that still doesn't have an active proposal. To the south west of that lot however, Noir Condos.

Working in the area this afternoon, walked by to snap some shots of my own. Here are some closeups to add to AlbertC's pics, including some spandrel sections on the laneway side I noticed. The glass is very reflective, and reminds me of that being used on Yorkville Plaza right now.

The way it's turning out for me, the top just looks good, not great. I think the spandrel lines are starting to look a bit busy for my liking, almost but not quite like Aura's turned out to be. I think it could have just been executed a bit cleaner because the bottom 4 floors are looking sharper...

Just walked past this afternoon, and some of the scaffolding is down revealing how the podium is shaping up. The chamfered concrete around the edges almost makes it feel like a picture frame.

Took a walk around this afternoon and snapped some shots. I want to wait until it's all finished to see exactly how I feel about the transition between the cladding.

Isn't this property part of the CBD area that the city identified as potentially having unlimited height based on the tall buildings guidelines? I thought I read something in there about there being no vision for height limitations in the CBD itself. Can someone clarify that if they've seen the...
