L1 and L2 are retail spaces, and residential units begin on the third floor. The major amenities are located on the 11th floor (the level with parapet walls). They are currently working on the 16th (construction) or 17th (municipal/marketing) floors.

There's only one more floor, the 17th.

I'm not sure but I think they are doing re and re.

I believe the window and metal panel systems are in good working order and will not cause any problems for the condo or its owners in the future. The contractor is working on the building elevations to fix oil canning, gaps between panels, and other details, as far as I can tell.

Has anyone recently looked at the south elevations (facing The Esplanade)? I believe they're repairing all of the metal panels.

The trades of formwork, crane/hoist, drywall, and tile are on strike.
