These LEDs are different, it's a commissioned piece. It's supposed to be public art, "Northern Lights" by Douglas Copland. Westbank/Allied/Telus will pay to keep them in working order.

It was actually soft opened for 2 or 3 days before the state of emergency was declared.

Well, PO has been granted. I'm told that Deville would like to open later this week. Dunno what day though.

I'm told it's not the entirety of the office portion. And parts of the podium are still off limits still too.

I'm told PO may be imminent. What that means in terms of when the building will open is unknown at this time...
