    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

I dislike the conversation that suggests cyclists are all right and motorists are all wrong. Professional drivers are very well trained. The fact is with thousands of pounds of momentum you can't expect them to stop on a dime. We don't know the details of this particular accident, it's not a...

    Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 (nCoV-2019)

I can't take in the news anymore, it's exhausting. When I do check the stats it cofirms that getting vaccinated and continuing to social distance is all I can do. Sometimes you have to keep going the best way you know how.

    Toronto skyline

I literally went away for lunch and they put the TD up! They have been working on this for over a month. They have tripled the size of the logo. Tue morning - and the darn thing is lit up like a UFO. It seems the banks believe they own the night sky too.

The other thing is the staff. Cherry St had the most wonderful staff, they were all so nice and enthusiastic.

    44th Canadian Federal Election

Am dreading the saturation coverage, newscast with dramatic music and graphics, just got over the Olympic mania and now a bloody election. The CBC had a quiz that asked questions and gave you a result that suggested which party you aligned with, it chose a party I have never ever voted for. An...

Do you think the feds want to an election before Ontario's next year? That narrows down the time frame even more.

Will Justin Trudeau's Liberals win every seat in Toronto again?

It wouldn't surprise me now that Tory has suggested (publicly) that he might not run again, these things are all decided behind closed doors. Adam Vaughan wouldn't be a terrible mayor - good connection with the feds to keep the money flowing. The only thing that bothers me is that he was the MP...

Will Justin Trudeau's Liberals win every seat in Toronto again?

Not surprised Vaughan isn't running again, Trudeau has stopped having him front and centre for photo ops ( he told Trudeau months ago). It isn't easy being an MP, he's got his pension now and is looking for a new pot of gold - he's said he has an announcement to make. God knows who will run...

    Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 (nCoV-2019)

I don't know that it is important whether those testing positive were vaccinated or not, it's how ill they are that matters.
