Materials are A+ but I'm really having a hard time imagining the final output for the balcony design.

Thank you for summing this project up, totally agree, it's "junk".

Forgive me, but remind me how many below-grade levels are there? I wish this info was included on the project page. Thx!

Looks like they're about a month behind schedule. https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/toronto-t3-bayside-42m-10s-hines-3xn.21266/post-1625787

I imagine many renters are finding this building through private listings like FB Marketplace over MLS...

Will never happen as the majority of owners support AirBNB in this building. It will be up to the city to override them with their new rules, if they ever enforce them.

I totally hear you and respect your POV, but I think the difference for me with something like Theatre Park is I think it still looks good, even with the scaled back vision for the banding. Whereas for 75 Esplanade, the balconies don't look good at all, taking away from making this building...

Source This is how you design and integrate a mechanical into a building.

I don't know... If you have a masterpiece but cover it in sh*t, is it still a masterpiece or now just ruined and worthless? Would you still hang it in a museum? Likely not. My feelings towards 75 Esplanade. It's ruined for me.

Agreed. I'd even argue a fire pit to hell would be an upgrade to this garbage.

Amazing pics. Home run for Tridel.

The balconies brought this from a A- to a C- for me. What a wasted opportunity.

Thank you, yes I understand this. But I'd love to know why some condos register in 2 weeks vs. 1+ years after initial occupancy.

What are the requirements for registration? Exterior to be complete? City inspections? I assume everything is delayed due to remote working and the backlog with the city approval process?

No more pictures please. Can we just delete this thread?

Isn't Niagara Falls WEST of Yonge? Or at least it was the last time I visited...
