Oh hell no

Panning left to right from my south-facing balcony at Karma, I see: 365 Church, YC, Velocity, Aura and CampusOne. It's a murderers' row of catastrophic design.

Good news: this has nearly blocked my view of 365 Church. Bad news: the new view might be even worse.

You're spot on about the value quotient (or lack thereof). This is not a run-of-the-mill condo. I looked into purchasing here over the weekend, and while some of the units look spectacular, the prices stunned me. The least expensive one bedroom units are ~$500,000, and they all face directly out...

No update, other than to say that with YC there it's going to be an awfully tight space for construction. I'm not sure how they'd make it work. Maybe close a lane on Yonge and use that for a crane?
