50 at Wellesley Station (Plaza) - Real Estate -

Im a fan of 1D-D because its larger than 1D-B and better value since starting on the 38th floor. It also has a den that can be 'closed' off if you choose to. I also like 1D-A with slightly more washer/dryer closet storage and its den is separate. Also has a slightly longer living/kitchen...

Price list courtesy of agent Giovanni Marsico. It shows for a few given floors, but pricing will change based on how high or low the floor is.

floor plans out. Not bad for one bedrooms but 2 bedrooms seem cramped for actual living/dining/kitchen spaces.

Pace Condos (Great Gulf Homes) - Real Estate -

Wow David. That seems like an excessively long delay. Can I ask when the building started to sell? How many years was it originally meant to take?

agreed. The entrace is the statement of the entire building. When you look closely at the renderings, does the white overlay on the balconies on the east side not remind anyone of what is trying to be done with Yonge and Rich from Great Gulf? Perhaps continuing the tree motif would make it...

@Condo George Whats your prediction on how many units sold today? How many did you buy? lol

    355 Church Street (Deltera/Tridel) - Real Estate -

layouts are terrible and you'll notice some small configuration differences depending on the angle of the balcony. Most units have a shower only without the option of a tub. Some 2 bedroom units have the sink outside of the bathroom. See what you think...

    355 Church Street (Deltera/Tridel) - Real Estate -

I think Tridel has missed the mark. Just got all the info and despite great pricing (definitely priced to sell), the layouts are horrible with small living spaces, AND each individual unit is to pay for metering of electrical, heating, cooling, and water! Parking is only for 2 bedrooms at $48 K.

Here are some floor plans. They are pretty good, well designed layouts.

does that mean george street diner is gone? I dont mind the design. The base seems heavy and clunky, but perhaps works well in respect to its surrounding buildings.

I understand all that was said and valid points, but it was more a rhetorical question. Is there any need that Toronto follow trend with smaller units really?

I dont understand why developers see 316 sf as reasonable living, besides more $$$ for them. Take that unit and divide it to add more sq footage to the units beside it.

It appears this project is off the table for now. When you go to Great Gulfs website, it's no longer listed under the 'coming soon' page. http://www.greatgulf.com/comingsoon

11 Wellesley St W (Lanterra Developments) - Real Estate -

$680 psf sounds about right for the area. Is 11 Wellesley toting itself to be high end luxury or run of the mill?

any hint at this restaurant being a chain or independant? I would prefer an independant to bring more interest than the typical Jack Astors per say.

Article in the Globe and Mail about Y&R. Im sure most will think this development is even more pretentious. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/partners/advrealestatecollectionspring2014/downtown-highrise-combines-two-condos-in-one-building/article17878890/
