Hey Operator - Google Street View may be a useful tool for you. It is updated frequently in Calgary, and you can see when the images were taken place in the top left corner by click the little clock icon. This is currently from May 2019. Not to say that anyone here doesn't mind sharing...

Right across the street is Brookfield Place II. Make that one residential. Update this as a nicer lil park with kiosks.

I think this could be a good move for the Liberal gov't in Alberta. Shows a big investment in the province from the feds who are "alienating" Alberta, while still furthering a part of their agenda here. Hell, maybe part of that money could be used to build or expand a wind/solar farm to power...

Trees don't do great on towers here unless they are on well protected from wind (especially Chinooks). Grasses and sedums would work better. If the trees get scrapped, hopefully they replace it with some other accessible greenery. With that wacky podium and amenity space, I'm gonna guess they'll...
