Probably another five floors and they will be raising the crane again edit I also just realized this will make prestige completely invisible to the CN Tower as sky Tower will be correctly in front of it edit after looking at this a week and a half later I noticed the spelling mistake I'm just...

This has been a fun one to watch Just arrives on site and gets dropped into place like a Lego set they have already started walls on what would be the ground floor with the parkade complete on the second condo and footings being finished off for the 3rd but still no movement on the townhomes

Did they ever get their permit situation figured out they're nearly done the podium 😅😅

So if this was the case what would happen they would finish off the podium and then pull the crane that would be used for construction of the third tower off-site until construction can go ahead or would they just leave that crane in place That's my curiosity as they have all three cranes...

Usually most people will not pour even with insulated tarps once it gets below - 20

Yeah construction still moves at full pace there are just added costs such as heat retention with tarps and snow removal construction in Canada is the only industry they climate change might make the employees go this isn't too bad till we have every single day at plus 40 in the summer 🤣🤣🤣

Considering there is a post from me saying this is the worst building in Toronto when it was like 20 floors high I'm actually eating my own words this is probably one of my favorite buildings to go up recently Love the setbacks and height

I would normally agree with you however I don't think that the white would be as pronounced on the other colors I kind of look at it like a wave capping off on the ocean when I look it the way the white comes off the blue

I really want them to start working on the railings of those balconies to get that rib look going up the tower

So question as I'm not in the know on the pre-condo market if you walk away from your deposit does that mean the developer keeps the deposit and you basically take a bath?
