The 111 St/Henday interchange can also be a pretty bad chokepoint in the winter (or when there are accidents) as well if needing to get south to Ellerslie road, so having a train option will help, I think.

And collector roads that are wide enough to accomodate street parking/have a curb lane but only have one central dividing line (technically two lanes going each direction). Much too wide, encourages speeding, and people treat is as if it's a single lane and swerve all over.

Could it be boundaries of separate contractors they use to clear the routes? Very frustrating. On the south side it's the same, certain portions of the same (mostly) continuous route get plowed at different time intervals.

Agreed, the separated bike lanes through neighborhoods that we've been seeing are usually pretty enjoyable rides without having to worry about higher traffic volumes (and all the fun that comes with that). I'd love to see more bike lanes like 83 Ave/102Ave/100 Ave/126 Street.
