Well we're only seeing the results of reduced foreign students right now, not as the report covers "last year". So it wouldn't factor in the drop "last year".
The TTC is getting rid of wifi at stations, so it's a bit odd they'd add it to the trains, which would need additional tunnel infrastructure to support. Unless this is for staff/communications use only.
There's been blood in the water since June. This doesn't really change that. It's of no value to progressive parties to trigger an election knowing they will lose any power they have now.
If Singh forces an election he'll be done.

Wi-Fi in the stations is at it's EOL, and continuing to support it is not worthwhile. The TTC agree, Rogers agrees, the majority of TTC customers agree.
