This looks like it'd be better suited to the financial district than the Waterfront. I don't understand the obsession with insipid tall towers in this area. The footprint of this development is huge and the bare minimum space between the blocks. No new pedestrian walkways, no new greenspace...

Where did this renders come from? Is there a report/presentation somewhere. I heard from an agent that the building launches sales in October 2017. Any credence to those rumours?

Still can't believe how much progress these guys have made with the building this year. Come Spring/Summer 2018 seems like Monde, Daniels and Aqualina will all be decently occupied.

Seems to fit in well with the area - there's a bit of a warehouse feel to the ground level. The red brick stands out nicely. Not too sure about the black brick

The podium from the south looking north looks like a pyramid, really loving the daily updates on this one.

Really love the spacing and design. I wonder how much of it will be dedicated to retail/office use. Lots of great opportunities for introducing restaurants, recreational offerings, daycare spaces and retail to anchor the neighbourhood.

Went by the area yesterday - photos can't really capture how good it looks in person. They've done a great job with the cladding. Can't wait to see it when it's all lit and bustling next year

I've been down that area quite a bit and think that it looks fine. Looks even better with the Monde backdrop and will fit in nicely once the other Tridel properties are completed in the area. Is it moving or exciting design? Not really, but it's not as horrid as some people are making it out to be

I bought here on account of Monde and RC3 being sold out. I love the neighbourhood and really wanted to anchor myself here. Am experiencing a bit of buyers remorse and reading this doesn't help. Will watch the video when I can - seems like a good insight into how the design of the project...
