    It is always striking to me to see those homes behind guard fences. I’m personally not against the shepherds but surprised that some sort of better fix for those residents isn’t found by shepherds.

    I am having a hard time picturing this in reality. Can anyone think of any comparables? The days of Tunney's government bunker builds seem past. Now are the days of edc and finance downtown. Feeling positive about government buildings being tonier additions to Ottawa and Hull cityscape.
