    Some of the metal light poles between Bay st. and York st. have been replaced with wooden poles. Including the one that was tilted by delivery truck at the service entrance of RBC Waterpark. Also the temporary traffic light has been removed.

    . In the area of Harbourfront pedestrians always have behaved the same way. Now the QQ being more inviting more people will come to enjoy and the problem will get worse.

    This is not compacted base, this is concrete covered with loose concrete particles, some dirt spilled from the trees planting, dust, some dry leaves, even small pieces of garbage.

    West of York street got the first coat of asphalt only. I am not specialist, but wouldn't it be better if they have cleaned the concrete surface from dust to assure that the asphalt sticks to the concrete?

    The section of MGT between Bay and York is covered with the second and final layer of asphalt.

    It does exist, unfortunately the insulating membrane has to be replaced soon and all this trees , bushes, flowers and grass will be destroyed. :mad:

    Yes, this is the roof garden of 33 Harbour sq. It's located on top of much hated by everyone parking garage. Starting tomorrow we can have BBQ parties if there is no dust from the construction.

    The whole purpose of the heating system is to melt the snow and ice. They DID NOT use it except couple of times and only around the entrance.

    RBC Waterpark also has heated sidewalks, however only once or twice during the winter they had part of it heated. I even asked the security guys why the rest is not heated to melt the snow.
