If it's 101 Spadina then it's the east side of Spadina at Adelaide, SE corner. That low rise structure has been screaming redevelopment for years. Hopefully this includes the Green P surface lots, though their website lists the 2 side-by-side lots' addresses as 105 Spadina and 363 Adelaide.

Thankfully(?) Subway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Starbucks already have locations right by here, so that should rule out three of the usual suspects Prior to demolition there was a convenience store and a barbershop, among a couple others if I recall correctly, so hopefully we're only going up...

People have begun moving in on the lower levels. Friend of mine got the keys to his unit last week (which was still largely a construction mess). I believe he is on either the first or second floor that features units.

For residents, this is one of the best buildings on the west side of downtown. It isn't overpriced, there's a reason it has held its value while condos have literally gone up all around it. Quality is good, both inside units and the common areas. Location is obviously excellent and noise really...
