If they are not going to start until 2030, maybe we can get going on preliminary design for College to Bloor section in the meantime so both can start consecutively.

I like the idea of going to Dundas West because it offloads significant ridership from the core of Line 2, but I don't know where you go after that. Follow the corridor to Junction and then north up Jane? I also think we will just see way more population growth in Humber Bay...

I think the most likely we get some variation of: West along Lakeshore West corridor to Park Lawn - Jogging up to then west along Queensway or Gardiner - North up Canpa or 427 - North up Kipling Hydro Corridor or 427 - Pearson

I don't really see any alignments that make sense going west down Sheppard once you hit the Humber River. Do you go up Albion? South to Pearson down the hydro corridor? You also have an extra ravine to cross and a massive golf course that means less ridership. Given the precedent we have seen...

Yea the whole "LRT is faster and cheaper" thing is misinformation. The Green Line should have been a REM-style light metro from day one, and would not have been that much more expensive.

The streetscape is killing this building IMO. Take out that parking lane, rebuild the sidewalk with granite pavers, and add a few trees.

Glad to see this gain some traction. Was just here last week and I had to seriously ask myself whether the parking garage would collapse over the duration of my stay. It’s rough. Not to mention the older wings of the hospital make one question whether they are receiving care in a G7 country.
