A DP has been submitted for a mixed use proposal on 7th ave where FCC II has been planned. 74 floors, and 310m. 380 residential units and 275 hotel suites. No rendering yet, only a link to the DP DP2026-01147 Not much info yet. Stay tuned.

Not a new hotel or design that we haven't seen before. This is for the conversion of the Canadian Centre at 833 - 4th ave SW into a 226 room hotel. Seeing as the conversion is underway, we might as well get a thread going.

Starting a thread for this as it may also be under construction. According to Alberta Projects, a BP has been issued.

26 floors, with 264 units. I don't know if anyone has been around this building lately, but this may already be underway, as according to Alberta Projects, a BP was issued in April.

This looks like an infill project, but because it's over 25 units I've created a thread for it. The timing for the thread is because it looks to be starting construction.
