Does anyone know where I can find information on the Ontario Planning Act? and does it have to do with the OMB?

Hey Guys, I'm a recent grad from UofT with a major in Urban Studies. I know it isn't an urban planning degree but I was wondering what employment opportunities I could get in the GTA. I tried workopolis and monster and have called places but no luck and call backs. It's very frustrating...
