I spotted DP2025-04322 for this 6-storey infill in Sunalta with 41 units.

Thread for a proposed 40-unit apartment building at 420 Meredith Rd NE. DP: DP2024-05269 The apartment so nice, they spelled the name wrong twice:

DP2025-02217, a proposal at 636 16 Ave NW.

I don't think I've seen this one on here. "Il Bosco" in Windsor Park, 722 55 Ave SW. 5 storeys, 16 m, 39 units. DP2022-07624 Windsor Park has a number of apartment buildings roughly this size, but I think they've all been on 56-58 Ave, or on Elbow Drive, up to this point.

The project formerly known as Cadence (now "15A Street - Multiresidence"): https://developmentmap.calgary.ca/?find=DP2023-06315 It's on the map, but doesn't seem to have a thread that I can access. It still has 53 units, but IMO is nicer looking now: Sweet car. I thought it was a DeLorean...
