61 dwellings and an underground parkade. Excavation has begun. Figured a new thread was in order as this seems to be going ahead.

I’m making a new thread for this project to help will it into existence. 😂🙏 Lots of positive momentum in Old Strathcona these days! Very excited to see what the area looks like by the end of the decade.

Noticed this today.^^ Right by Altairus, which had a ton of guys working on it and is now at grade. Four old SFHs are fenced off and look ready for demolition. An excavator was on site. More density in Garneau. 👍
