Lots of scaffolding going up on the south side, so hopefully we see some soon. Also, I thought they had value-engineered the curves out of the skylights. Nice to see they still made it into the final design.

It integrates better than it seems in this picture - they need to plant some trees though, feels very stark at the moment. 2 units are up on realtor at 1.15m....

I'm not sure they can be properly compared until the greenery fills out a bit with the new one and it can be experienced at ground level. I suspect the railing is going to be barely visible once those garden beds mature, especially since it slopes down and the top of the railing seems to be...
