This is good. That's plenty of density covering a lot of parking lots. Not like they are running out of space to build on in Hull. Many parking lots and industrial landuse left to cover by these sidescrapers.

I hope they figure out what to do with Commissioner Street before it becomes a parking lot for the library. It could've been part of the project, given it's right between the Library and LAC building.

Went by the Zibi house today and the woman working there told me they'll be breaking ground on site 204 on the Ottawa side this spring and 01 in Gatineau some time later this year. 07 is in limbo until they find a tenant for that office space (good luck with that).

Not sure what's going on but they are bringing in the rocks on the site.

If we built places for people there would be some playgrounds, bbq spots, tables, hoops and trees in the middle. But we build places for cars so enjoy all the asphalt. Blech.

That has to be the slowest cladding job I've ever seen. They started doing that building last spring.
