i wonder if anyone knows if the elevators are good in the Met 1

i wonder if anyone who is living in phase one higher floors have issues with the elevators... recently it has been down to only one elevator that is working for the upper floors.. really frustrating

I think I am going to pass this opportunity.. I dont think I can stand seeing the contruction of Aura directly from the balcony for the next several years everyday, plus all the dust and noise.. even all the rooms are facing east facing the park, I don't think you can really take advantage of it...

one more question.. i was told today that the builder of cp3 is going to put $2 million to "renovate" the park.. is this true?

what about liberties, delta chelsea or other buildings along the yonge and bay corridor? will I get a good lake view?
