Agree with above 2 points. Drove by the site this weekend. The ground floor does not look great. Looks plain and flat... a bit monolithic for Bayview village. Rest of the building looking great however

Wow talk about bad luck... this would be Concert's 3rd attempt at launching a project here. They attempted in 2020 as a rental - covid hit Then in 2023 they tried to launch project as a condo - market tanked
