Got the keys on Friday, but there's a bunch of things identified from our PDI that were not resolved. We still don't have a microwave, and there's still several very visible chips and cracks that need to be addressed. Apparently we were supposed to submit a form to request for these things...

I called the concierge and they said we can expect an email from the management office about picking up the keys, but also said if I didn't get it yet, you can email them yourself and see what they have to say. Curious to hear the progress on this from the others.
